Technical support ranges from system maintenance to help desk troubleshooting. All of our support services are contracted. We have people knowledgable and certified in a variety of fields.
EASP - 100% Helpdesk Uptime
Your systems need to have 99.999% uptime, what about your helpdesk? If you're big enough to require a helpdesk technician, but can't afford the expense of having more than one, you need to get an Emerge Ahead Support Plan. With an EASP contract you only pay for the number of technicians actually on site, but we train more technicians than you currently need for your systems. With a roster of technicians trained on your equipment, you never have to worry about your helpdesk technician ever getting sick, going on vacation or leaving for training.
